Washington County Chamber of Commerce Ready for Outdoor Expo

Saturday and Sunday, November 21 and 22.

Washington County, Florida Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Ted Everett today announced that the Chamber is fully prepared for the Inaugural Washington County Outdoor Expo, to be held Saturday and Sunday, November 21 and 22.

 

The rain-or-shine two-day event takes place at the Washington County Ag Center on Highway 90 in Chipley, and features outdoor sports and activities, retail merchandise and animal exhibits, along with the first gun and knife show of its kind in the area and a concealed weapons permit course.

 

The event, specifically designed to hold interest for every member of the family, will highlight Seacrest Wolf Preserve, Bear Creek Feline Center and Kritter Inc. Wildlife Sanctuary.  Saturday hours are 9AM-6Pm and Sunday hours are Noon-5PM, with $5 admission and children under 12 free.

 

Major event sponsors are Northwest Florida Community Hospital, One South Bank and Orange Hill Express, along with the Washington County News, WPAP-FM and FOX28-TV.
